The renovation project began in the '80s, with the intention of building a full recovery, which would contain the village to be his old, when many families lived there and the company was full of life. The intent was to transform the homes of peasants in apartments for guests of the company, to provide an environment where they could breathe history, art and culture of wine. borgo.jpg Giovanella, one of two owners, personally took care of the project and began the work that still continue today, given the large number of existing rural buildings in the company.

For example, the Customs, at the entrance of the property, has recently been transformed with rooms and romantic little restaurant. The type of construction Luzzano is always a bit 'strange: a very short working paper on the draft, much to the working day. According to that found with a rough idea of what you will get, but with a way to get highly variable, because everything is decided at the moment: the opening move to meet a pass just found out, the walls of bathrooms go down to see the ceiling let in its entirety, stairs twist, shake, they climb to conserve a floor or a room. All that is removed is piled up, recovered, refurbished. Some even come from the nearby town and brings an object because the site is used, the floors and remittances have gone back and forth through the company to find things to be included (for example, helms of iron in farm wagons were used to the handrail of the stairs, cast iron columns of the bells have gone to decorate a fireplace).
So every apartment and every room is built little by little, each with its particular soul (there's Clara House, Casa di Paola, the House of Adriana, the House of Mirella, etc.).. The apartment complex outside, it was unified by a lime plaster colored in red, but within each house is different: one is yellow, one is pink (all still strictly with lime colors more oxides ), one is a brick, the other with a stone wall in left hand. Within the stairs, furniture, tables, using only wood from trees of the company. Each house has its essence: elm, Lebanon cedar, yew, cypress, cherry.

Everything made by good and patient, very patient craftsmen around there. For floors new brick has been used or recovered, treated with linseed oil and wax, and in some rooms upstairs have left the old tiles in gray grit. For the lights are used mostly old trees cut vines in renewing vineyards. The decor: frames, picture frames, sofas, has been made in the company according to the various destinations and choosing shapes, colors and materials. All apartments are on two floors: ground floor kitchen and living room, upstairs bedrooms, one or more with services. At the front, just a beautiful landscape of vineyards. On the back, the old porch, a weather shelter for firewood and farm animals, is now a place where you can rest in peace to eat or sunbathe between hedges of lavender, sage, rosemary and laurel bushes, pomegranate and pittosporum.
The availability of accommodation consists of apartments of different types: two rooms for two, three rooms for four, three rooms for four to six people for six to eight have an apartment with five rooms. All with complete bathroom facilities and Home The Inn, with rooms and suites, opened in April of '99. All apartments have private bathrooms, as well as the rooms. The restaurant has three dining rooms for up to 40 seats, while for the summer, the veranda can accommodate around sixty people.
