In the management of the companies we have divided the tasks according to their preferences and skills. Maria Giulia is in charge of the farm itself: to her and her competence has the merit of the choices in the works of vineyards, introducing new varieties, have searched for a clonal selection that give priority above all else quality. Flanked by the nearby University of Agriculture, Piacenza and the centers of viticulture Oltrepò take autonomous decisions, however, targeted at real business goals, I am in charge of the cellar, while the business is carried out by both. After an exhausting training in the basement, where I practically lived the first year and studying wine, I use the help of a winemaker and hours of analyst outside the company.
